When you book a shoot at phocasa.com/book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property address, along with details about the shoot you're booking (services, access instructions, and similar property details).
We use this information to schedule and deliver your shoot, process payment, and send you order confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notices, and gallery-ready notifications by email and text message.
By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Phocasa related to your order — including appointment confirmations, reschedule notices, and a notification when your photo gallery is ready. Message frequency varies by booking but is typically a handful of messages per shoot. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates, and we do not sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number to anyone. Your mobile number is used only to send the order-related messages described above. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.
We use service providers to operate our business, including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, Twilio to deliver text messages, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Cloudflare for photo storage. They act on our behalf, receive only the information needed to perform their function, and may not use it for their own marketing. This never includes sharing your mobile information or text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
