When you book a shoot at phocasa.com/book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property address, along with details about the shoot you're booking (services, access instructions, and similar property details).
We use this information to schedule and deliver your shoot, process payment, and send you order confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notices, and gallery-ready notifications by email and text message.
By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Phocasa related to your order — including appointment confirmations, reschedule notices, and a notification when your photo gallery is ready. Message frequency varies by booking but is typically a handful of messages per shoot. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.
We use trusted third-party services to run our business, including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for text messaging, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Cloudflare for photo storage. Each only receives the information needed to perform its function.
