Booking a shoot through phocasa.com/book reserves your appointment time at no charge. Once your gallery is delivered, we'll send an invoice for the services booked; full-resolution downloads unlock once it's paid. Add-on services requested before delivery are included on that same invoice; add-ons requested after delivery are invoiced separately. Properties more than a 1 hour drive from Clifton Park, NY include a flat $50 travel fee, which appears in your total at booking.
You can cancel or reschedule at no cost any time before your shoot, using the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Since nothing is charged until your gallery is delivered, a cancelled shoot has nothing to refund. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to prepay before future bookings.
You can reschedule your shoot yourself, subject to availability, using the link included in your booking confirmation and gallery emails — no need to contact us directly.
Photo galleries are delivered by email once editing is complete. Full-resolution downloads unlock automatically once payment is received.
Phocasa retains copyright in all photos, video, and floor plans produced for a shoot. Booking a shoot grants you a license to use the delivered media to market that specific property — including MLS listings, brochures, social media, and your own website — for as long as you're representing the property. This license doesn't extend to marketing a different property, and the media may not be resold, sublicensed, or provided to other photographers or agents outside the normal course of marketing that listing. The media also may not be given to vendors involved with the shoot — staging companies, interior designers, contractors, and the like — for their own marketing or portfolio use.
Phocasa may also use the media in its own portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials. By booking, you confirm you have the property owner's authorization for the shoot.
By booking, you agree to receive transactional emails and text messages from us about your order — including appointment confirmations, reschedule notices, and a notification when your photo gallery is ready. Message frequency varies by booking but is typically a handful of messages per shoot. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
