Booking a shoot through phocasa.com/book reserves your appointment time. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Add-on services requested after booking are invoiced separately.
You can reschedule your shoot yourself, subject to availability, using the link included in your booking confirmation and gallery emails — no need to contact us directly.
Photo galleries are delivered by email once editing is complete. Full-resolution downloads unlock automatically once payment is received.
Phocasa retains copyright in all photos, video, and floor plans produced for a shoot. Booking a shoot grants you a license to use the delivered media to market that specific property — including MLS listings, brochures, social media, and your own website — for as long as you're representing the property. This license doesn't extend to marketing a different property, and the media may not be resold, sublicensed, or provided to other photographers or agents outside the normal course of marketing that listing. The media also may not be given to vendors involved with the shoot — staging companies, interior designers, contractors, and the like — for their own marketing or portfolio use.
Phocasa may also use the media in its own portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials. By booking, you confirm you have the property owner's authorization for the shoot.
